Cousin Stizz, an American rapper and songwriter from Boston, Massachusetts, has made significant strides in the music industry since his debut. He began his journey in music by freestyling with friends and later joined the group Pilot Nation. His breakthrough came in 2014 with the release of his first solo single, “Shoutout,” which showcased his unique style and lyrical prowess, quickly gaining traction among listeners.

In June 2015, Stizz released his debut mixtape, “Suffolk County,” which garnered over 12 million listens on SoundCloud, establishing him as a prominent figure in the Boston hip-hop scene.
