Finn Wolfhard, born on December 23, 2002, in Vancouver, British Columbia, initiated his acting career with independent films such as ‘Aftermath’ in 2013, followed by appearances in television shows like ‘The 100’ in 2014 and ‘Supernatural’ in 2015. His breakthrough arrived in 2016 with the critically acclaimed Netflix Original Series ‘Stranger Things,’ where he portrayed Mike Wheeler. This role garnered him significant recognition and a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. In 2017, Wolfhard expanded his filmography, taking on the lead role of Richie Tozier in the film adaptation of Stephen King’s novel ‘It,’ a performance that contributed to the film’s box office success and earned him a Best On-Screen Team award at the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
His career continued its upward trajectory with a diverse range of projects. In 2019, he reprised his role as Richie Tozier in ‘It: Chapter Two’ and lent his voice to Pugsley Addams in MGM’s animated film ‘The Addams Family.’ The same year, he made his modeling debut in Yves Saint Laurent’s Fall/Winter campaign, showcasing his versatility beyond acting.
