Humberto Rodríguez Terrazas, known mononymously as Humbe, is a prominent Mexican singer-songwriter who has made significant strides in the Latin music scene. He began his musical journey at the tender age of nine, learning to sing and play the piano at his grandmother’s house. His passion for music led him to master various instruments, including the guitar and drums, setting the foundation for a successful career in the industry.
In 2016, Humbe recorded his debut album, Sonámbulo, under the guidance of producer Neto Gracia. His first Christmas single, a rendition of “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” was released in December 2017, showcasing his versatility as an artist. By 2018, he had already made a name for himself with the release of “Te Quiero Aquí Ya,” which he composed and produced, further establishing his reputation as a talented musician.
Humbe’s career took a significant leap when he signed with Sony Music Entertainment Mexico in 2020. In 2023, Humbe released his fourth studio album, Esencia, which he described as his most personal work to date. The album’s lead single, “Sanvalentín,” was well-received, and he subsequently announced the Esencia Tour.
