Jessica Pratt has established herself as a notable singer-songwriter, recognized for her distinct folk sound. Discovered through demo recordings by White Fence songwriter Tim Presley, who subsequently contacted her to release her work, the album was issued through Presley’s Birth Records label.

The album’s lead single, ‘Life Is,’ received immediate high-profile exposure, being featured prominently in Chanel’s Fall-Winter 2024/25 Haute Couture Show. Demonstrating her growing mainstream appeal, Pratt performed ‘Life Is’ on The Late Show in July 2024. Further expanding her reach across diverse musical genres, she collaborated with A$AP Rocky on his single ‘Highjack,’ released in August 2024, solidifying her status as a versatile and sought-after artist.
