Tame Impala

Tame Impala, the psychedelic music project of Kevin Parker, has achieved global recognition for groundbreaking albums, earning numerous awards and collaborating with prominent artists and brands. After gaining significant attention posting tracks on Myspace, Tame Impala, Kevin Parker’s psychedelic music project, secured a worldwide deal with Modular Recordings in July 2008. Parker, who writes, records, performs, and produces all the project’s music, released the self-titled EP, ‘Tame Impala,’ in September 2008. This debut topped the Australian Independent Record Labels (AIR) Chart and reached number 10 on the ARIA Physical Singles Chart, with ‘Half Full Glass of Wine’ receiving national radio airplay on Triple J.

A major career milestone occurred in May 2024 when Sony Music Publishing acquired Parker’s entire catalog. Tame Impala’s anticipated fifth album, ‘Deadbeat,’ is slated for release in 2025.
