John Berry

John Berry’s distinguished career in country music spans over three decades, highlighted by chart-topping hits and faith-based musical contributions. After independently releasing six albums, with one selling over 10,000 copies locally and cultivating a significant regional following among University of Georgia students, John Berry signed with Liberty Records in 1992. His self-titled major label debut album, John Berry, was released in 1993 and yielded five chart singles, including ‘A Mind of Her Own’ and ‘Kiss Me in the Car.’ The following year, Berry achieved national recognition when his single ‘Your Love Amazes Me’ reached Number One on the country charts. This landmark success earned him a Grammy Award nomination and the prestigious CMA Horizon Award for Best New Artist in 1994.

Berry released the faith-based album Find My Joy on Gaither Music in 2022, further diversifying his acclaimed musical catalog. In 2023, he celebrated the 30th Anniversary of his major label debut album, John Berry, marking three decades of chart success and critical recognition in country music.
