CKY is an American rock band with a history of chart success and notable collaborations. After achieving their first US Billboard 200 chart appearance with the 2002 release of ‘InfiltrateDestroyRebuild’, rock band CKY established a career marked by significant album sales and acclaimed tours. Formed in early 1998 with Deron Miller on guitar and lead vocals, Chad I Ginsburg on lead guitar, and Jess Margera on drums, CKY gained early recognition through their music being featured in the CKY video series and popular television shows like ‘Jackass’ and ‘Viva La Bam.’ The band released their debut albums, ‘Volume 1’ and ‘Volume 2,’ in February 1999. Signing with Island/Def Jam in 2001, CKY released ‘InfiltrateDestroyRebuild’ in 2002, which reached number 99 on the US Billboard 200 and number 108 on the UK Albums Chart.
‘The Phoenix’ achieved success on the Independent Albums chart, entering the top 20. Demonstrating their consistent creative output, CKY followed up with the ‘Too Precious to Kill’ EP in 2018 and the live album ‘fuCKYou 2020’ in 2020, showcasing their dynamic stage presence captured during various performances.
