Key Glock has established himself as a prominent rapper, songwriter, and record producer, known for his consistent output and strong independent artistic vision. After releasing his debut mixtape, ‘Whole Lotta Errthang,’ in 2016, Key Glock swiftly established himself as a prominent rapper, songwriter, and record producer with a strong independent artistic vision. His career rapidly accelerated the following year when his cousin, Young Dolph, signed him to Paper Route Empire. Under this label, he released his second mixtape, ‘Glock Season,’ on June 16, 2017.

Maintaining a prolific output, he released his sixth mixtape, ‘Son of a Gun,’ in May 2020, notably without any features, underscoring his self-sufficient artistic approach. Key Glock continued his upward trajectory in March 2021, collaborating once more with Young Dolph for their second joint album, ‘Dum and Dummer 2.’ November 2021 saw the release of his acclaimed second studio album, ‘Yellow Tape 2,’ which climbed to number seven on the Billboard 200 and featured the multi-platinum certified single ‘Ambition for Cash.’ In January 2022, he released ‘Proud’ as a poignant tribute, marking his first entry on the prestigious Billboard Hot 100. His third studio album, ‘Glockoma 2,’ followed in February 2023, introducing ‘Let’s Go,’ his second track to achieve a position on the Billboard Hot 100. In a pivotal career move, Key Glock signed with Republic Records on March 13, 2025.

This new chapter was quickly followed by the release of his highly anticipated fourth studio album, ‘Glockaveli,’ on May 2, 2025, further cementing his status as a formidable and consistently impactful artist in the industry.
