Maroon 5 has demonstrated consistent musical evolution, transitioning from pop rock beginnings to a globally recognized act with a diverse sound and numerous chart-topping hits. After releasing their debut album ‘Songs About Jane’ in 2002, Maroon 5 quickly established themselves as a global force. The album, featuring popular singles ‘Harder to Breathe,’ ‘This Love,’ and ‘She Will Be Loved,’ reached number six on the Billboard 200 and achieved quadruple platinum status by 2005. This early success led to the band receiving the Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2005, following a 2003 tour as the opening act for John Mayer.

In 2012, Maroon 5 released ‘Overexposed,’ featuring the single ‘One More Night,’ which held the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for nine consecutive weeks. Carmichael rejoined the band in 2014, the same year they signed with Interscope Records and Adam Levine’s 222 Records, releasing ‘V,’ another album that reached number one on the Billboard 200. Long-time collaborator Sam Farrar officially joined the lineup in 2016. The band’s 2017 album, ‘Red Pill Blues,’ continued their chart dominance with ‘Girls Like You’ featuring Cardi B, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 in 2018.

With over 135 million records sold globally, the band has garnered multiple accolades including three Grammy Awards and three American Music Awards. Their eighth studio album, ‘Love Is Like,’ is slated for release in 2025.
