Mumford & Sons is a British folk rock band that emerged from London in 2007, consisting of Marcus Mumford, Ted Dwane, Ben Lovett, and formerly Winston Marshall. The band quickly gained recognition with their debut album, “Sigh No More,” released in 2009, which peaked at number two on the UK Albums Chart and the Billboard 200 in the US. The album’s lead single, “Little Lion Man,” became a defining track, earning critical acclaim and commercial success, and ultimately leading to a Brit Award for Best British Album in 2011.
