Nickelback has achieved global recognition as one of the most commercially successful Canadian rock bands, consistently delivering chart-topping hits and selling millions of albums worldwide. After signing with Roadrunner Records and EMI Canada in 1999, Nickelback rapidly established themselves as a global rock powerhouse. The band, comprising lead guitarist and vocalist Chad Kroeger, rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist Ryan Peake, and bassist Mike Kroeger, initially self-released their seven-track EP, ‘Hesher,’ and their full-length album, ‘Curb,’ both in 1996.
