Nico & Vinz are a Norwegian singing and songwriting duo known for their blend of pop, hip-hop, and R&B, achieving global recognition with their hit single ‘Am I Wrong’. After winning first place at the Taubertal Open Air Festival World’s ‘Emergenza Final’ in 2011, the Norwegian singing and songwriting duo Nico & Vinz, initially performing as Envy, swiftly established themselves as a formidable creative force. Formed in 2010, the duo released their debut mixtape, ‘Dreamworks: Why Not Me,’ in 2011, followed by their debut single ‘One Song’ in June 2011, which peaked at number 19 on the Norwegian Singles Chart. Their first studio album, ‘The Magic Soup and the Bittersweet Faces,’ released on April 27, 2012, further demonstrated their talent by reaching number 37 on the Norwegian Albums Chart, setting the stage for their breakthrough.

The duo maintained their artistic momentum with further EPs, including ‘Elephant in the Room’ in 2017. Their most recent release, the EP ‘Don’t Be Afraid,’ in 2021, continued to showcase their signature blend of pop, hip-hop, and R&B.
