Ocean Alley achieved widespread recognition when their track ‘Confidence,’ released in February 2018, topped the Triple J Hottest 100 of 2018, a pivotal moment that significantly expanded their audience and critical acclaim. The Australian alternative psychedelic rock band, formed in 2011, comprises Baden Donegal (vocals, guitar), Angus Goodwin (lead guitar), Nic Blom (bass), Lach Galbraith (keyboard, vocals), Mitch Galbraith (guitar), and Tom O’Brien (drums). They independently released their debut EP, ‘Yellow Mellow,’ in September 2013, followed by ‘In Purple’ in August 2015, building a regional following through consistent performances at Sydney venues and subsequent interstate tours. Their independently released debut studio album, ‘Lost Tropics,’ arrived on May 16, 2016.

The band is set for a landmark year of touring in 2025, headlining their largest North American run, in addition to headlining major international festivals including Austin City Limits and Lollapalooza. An extensive Australia and New Zealand tour has also been announced for 2026, further cementing their significant and expanding presence in the global music scene.
