OneRepublic achieved global recognition with their debut album, ‘Dreaming Out Loud,’ released in November 2007, which delivered the international hit ‘Apologize.’ The lead single, famously remixed by Timbaland, soared to number one in sixteen countries and garnered a Grammy Award nomination. ‘Dreaming Out Loud’ itself debuted at number 14 in the US and was later certified Platinum by the RIAA. Following this success, the band released their second album, ‘Waking Up,’ in November 2009, featuring popular singles like ‘All the Right Moves’ and ‘Secrets,’ and achieving significant commercial performance with over 500,000 copies sold in the US and over 1 million worldwide. Their third studio album, ‘Native,’ released in March 2013, marked a significant milestone, becoming their first top ten album on the Billboard 200, peaking at number four.

Looking to 2025, the band delivered a performance of ‘Counting Stars’ on the Spring Festival Gala in China in January. This was followed by a significant new global recordings partnership with BMG in July 2025, marking a strategic shift after 18 years with Mosley and Interscope Records. With over 16 million records sold worldwide, and recent collaborations including the UEFA Euro 2024 theme song ‘Fire’ and the anime theme ‘Nobody,’ OneRepublic consistently remains a powerful force in global music.
