P.O.D. achieved RIAA platinum certification for their third studio album, The Fundamental Elements of Southtown, in 2000, following its 1999 release. The album generated hit singles ‘Southtown’ and ‘Rock the Party (Off the Hook),’ with the latter reaching No. 1 on MTV’s Total Request Live and its accompanying music videos receiving extensive MTV2 airplay.

Satellite delivered impactful singles ‘Alive’ and ‘Youth of the Nation’; ‘Alive’ became one of MTV’s most-played videos, earning a Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance in 2002. ‘Youth of the Nation,’ addressing school shootings, received a Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance in 2003. Singles ‘Boom’ and the title track ‘Satellite’ also achieved widespread popularity. The album earned RIAA triple-platinum certification in 2002, and the band secured another Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance in 2003 for ‘Portrait.’ That year, Jason Truby replaced Marcos Curiel on lead guitar, leading to Payable on Death, which sold over 520,000 copies and was certified Gold.

In 2005, P.O.D. released The Warriors EP, Volume 2, with ‘Lights Out’ featured as the official theme for WWE’s Survivor Series. They performed Rey Mysterio’s theme song ‘Booyaka 619’ at WrestleMania 22 in 2006. In 2006, P.O.D.

When Angels & Serpents Dance was reissued in 2022. P.O.D. released their latest album, Veritas, in 2024, concurrently launching the ‘I Got That Tour.’ Looking ahead, P.O.D. is set to release ‘I Won’t Bow Down’ featuring A.N.I.M.A.L.

in 2025, continuing their legacy of impactful music and live performances for a global audience.
