The Arcs, an American garage rock band, emerged as a vibrant side project of Dan Auerbach, the acclaimed guitarist and vocalist of the Black Keys. Formed in 2015, the band quickly made a name for itself with their debut album, “Yours, Dreamily,” released on September 4, 2015. This album showcased Auerbach’s distinctive sound and songwriting prowess, establishing The Arcs as a formidable force in the rock genre. The band, consisting of talented musicians Leon Michels, Nick Movshon, Homer Steinweiss, and the late Richard Swift, captivated audiences with their unique blend of rock, soul, and psychedelic influences.

“Electrophonic Chronic” was co-produced by Auerbach and Michels, recorded in renowned studios such as Easy Eye Sound in Nashville and Electric Lady Studios in Manhattan.
