Zac Brown Band

Zac Brown Band has established itself as a prominent group in country music, recognized for their multi-genre musical approach and extensive touring. After achieving a commercial breakthrough in 2008 with their debut single, ‘Chicken Fried,’ which swiftly reached number one on the country charts, Zac Brown Band solidified their position as a leading force in country music. The band initially formed in 2002, building a foundation with lead vocalist Zac Brown, drummer Marcus Petruska, and bass guitarist Jacob Lawson. In 2003, they established their own record label, Home Grown, later rebranded as Southern Ground.

Building on their initial success, January 2009 marked the addition of Clay Cook as a multi-instrumentalist and high tenor vocalist, further enhancing the band’s renowned harmony and musical range. Zac Brown Band continued their chart dominance with three more consecutive number one singles: ‘Toes’ (2009), ‘Highway 20 Ride’ (2010), and ‘Free’ (2010). Their impact was recognized with a Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2010. Daniel de los Reyes joined as a permanent percussionist in 2012, just prior to the release of their album ‘Uncaged,’ which Billboard lauded as the best country album of 2012.

Their debut album, ‘The Foundation,’ has been certified triple-platinum, while ‘You Get What You Give’ and ‘Uncaged’ both earned platinum certifications. The band is set to release their eighth album, ‘Love & Fear,’ in 2025, alongside an anticipated ‘Love & Fear’ residency at the Sphere, underscoring their ongoing influence and diverse genre appeal.
