Peaty is undeniably one of a kind. Throughout his meteoric career, Peaty has been named as the most successful British male swimmer at any World Championships. Since his World Cup debut in 2015, Peaty has eleven world records to his name, as well as Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth titles. In the 100m Breaststroke event, Peaty has claimed a six-year unbeaten record. Peaty never fails to bring his all to the pool. In his Olympic debut at the Rio Games, Peaty was the first British male to take the title in the Men’s 100m Breaststroke since 1988. Now one of the most decorated British swimmers of all time, Peaty is a force to be reckoned with in the pool.
A well-loved athlete, Peaty has won the hearts and minds of the nation by taking part in Sky One’s “A League of Their Own.” Awarded an MBE in the 2017 Honours list, Peaty was recognised for his services to swimming. Out of the pool, Peaty is a loving husband and father.
