Adrien Laurent is a fitness influencer, athlete and reality TV star who has appeared on French television on shows such as Les Princes des L’Amour.

Laurent is a fitness model and bodybuilder who competes in bodybuilding tournaments around the world and has built up a dedicated following of fans. He has also worked with several brands including Body and Fit as a brand partner, often recommending products on his social media pages and working on endorsement deals. He has shot fashion and menswear campaigns around the world and most recently has launched a reality television career with several appearances on popular shows in his native France. The first, back in 2015, was Garde à Vous: Retour au Service Militaire, where cast members are put through military training. He quickly became one of the most popular castmates, going on to appear in Les Princes des L’Amour the following year and season 4 of Friends Trip in 2017.
