Multitalented musician and producer Alan Day is known for being one quarter of punk band Four Year Strong and for producing scores for TV and film.
Day is a dedicated and talented musician, having worked as part of the line up for Four Year Strong for nearly 20 years. The band has released six studio albums and been on countless tours across America, Europe and the UK during their long and successful career, with the band achieving global recognition and amassing a fan base which spans across continents. They are currently signed to Pure Noise Records, and in 2020 released their latest record, Brain Pain. Each of the band members also works on side projects, including Day, who writes, records and produces his own original music alongside the work of Four Year Strong. He plays guitar and is a talented singer, and has written scores and backing tracks for numerous films and TV shows. He is in constant demand as a composer and as a session musician, having penned soundtracks and theme tunes for television and worked with many other artists including Stacey, Knuckle Puck, Gardenhead and Seaway.
