He subsequently moved to ITV Granada, where he became a key figure in their sports coverage, presenting programs such as ‘Soccer Night’ and contributing to the daily news magazine ‘Granada Reports’. These foundational experiences provided him with a comprehensive understanding of sports broadcasting and live presentation.
Mann’s career progressed significantly with his move into national and international sports commentary.
