Amaia Salamanca Urízar was born on March 28, 1986, in Madrid, Spain. Her acting career began unexpectedly when she secured her first role during an audition for the television channel LaSexta’s series, “SMS, sin miedo a soñar.” This early opportunity in 2006 marked the start of her journey in the entertainment industry, where she worked alongside other emerging talents.
