Amy Aela

Amy Aela was born in Allahabad, India, and later pursued higher education in Australia, graduating from Edith Cowan University with a degree in Marketing. Prior to her acting career, she co-founded Brisbane Fashion, serving as its Creative Director. This grassroots platform aimed to connect emerging designers with established manufacturing networks. Her background in marketing and entrepreneurship provided a foundation for her subsequent career in entertainment and as an influencer. She developed a significant presence across social media platforms through her dance and lifestyle content, which garnered a large following and led to collaborations with various brands.

Aela transitioned into the entertainment industry, taking on roles in both music videos and feature films. Early in her career, she appeared in music videos such as ‘High Nakhra’ (2019), ‘Tu Lagdi Ferrari’ (2020), and ‘Mellow: Dil Kissko Du’ (2020). Her acting credits include a role as Angelina in Ajay Devgan’s ‘Runway 34′ (2022) and an appearance dancing alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Dharma Productions’ ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ (2022), where she was credited as ‘Actress in song Bijli’. She also played Aisha in ‘Bloody Daddy’ (2023) and Aanchal in the TV series ‘Good Bad Girl’ (2022) across three episodes. These roles marked her entry into mainstream Indian cinema and television.

More recently, Aela has taken on the role of Yana in the TV series ‘Karmma Calling’ (2024) on Disney Hotstar, a significant role in her television career. She is also slated to appear in ‘Let’s Play Blind Har Chaal Ek Dhokha’ (2025) as Mohini across six episodes and Alisha in the TV series ‘Oops Ab Kya?’ (2025) across eight episodes. Her involvement in upcoming projects indicates continued progression in her acting career. Beyond acting, she maintains an active role as an animal activist, entrepreneur, podcaster, and content creator, advocating for veganism and ethical living.
