Beverly Mitchell

Beverley Ann Mitchell was born on January 22, 1981, in Arcadia, California. Her acting career began early, with initial television and modeling assignments following an unexpected discovery by a talent agent. Mitchell’s debut television role was in the series “Big Brother Jake” in 1990. She quickly progressed to larger roles, securing her first significant film appearance in “The Crow: City of Angels” in 1996. That same year, she joined the cast of “7th Heaven,” a role that brought her widespread recognition and established her in the entertainment industry. While participating in “7th Heaven,” Mitchell completed her high school education in 1999 and subsequently pursued studies in film at Loyola Marymount University, demonstrating a commitment to her craft beyond on-screen appearances.

Mitchell’s career on “7th Heaven” spanned from 1996 to 2007, making her a familiar face to television audiences for over a decade. During this period, she also pursued other projects, including the independent short film “Mean People Suck” in 2001, the Disney Channel television movie “Right on Track” (2003), and the horror film “Saw II” (2005). After “7th Heaven,” Mitchell continued her television work, joining “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” in 2011 as a school guidance counselor. In 2017, she began starring in the Pop series “Hollywood Darlings,” portraying a fictionalized version of herself alongside fellow former child stars. Beyond acting, Mitchell released a self-titled country album in 2007, which reached number 30 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart, further diversifying her artistic endeavors. She has also actively supported charitable organizations such as RADD Kids and K-Mart Kids Race Against Drugs.
