Bobby Giancola

Bobby Giancola is a Florida native, born and raised in Satellite Beach. He initially pursued a career as an EMT and firefighter. In 2016, he transitioned into the yachting industry, seeking new experiences and knowledge. This career change led to his participation in the Bravo series “Below Deck Mediterranean.” He was featured as a deckhand on the show’s first two seasons, airing in 2016 and 2017 respectively. His engagement with the series provided exposure to the yachting world and contributed to his professional development within the industry.

Following his television appearances, Giancola continued to advance his career in yachting. He gained experience working as a Bosun on a 145-foot yacht. Subsequently, he progressed to the role of First Mate on various vessels, ranging in size from 88 to 130 feet. In 2018, Giancola obtained his captain’s license, marking a significant milestone in his professional trajectory within the maritime field. This achievement demonstrated his dedication to acquiring advanced qualifications and expanding his capabilities in yacht operations and management.

More recently, Giancola transitioned into a land-based role within the yachting sector. He relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he commenced working as a yacht broker for Denison Yachting. In this capacity, he facilitates the sales of yachts, applying his extensive experience from working on various vessels. His career progression highlights a continuous engagement with the yachting industry, moving from hands-on crew roles to a sales and brokerage position.
