Brighton Sharbino

Brighton Sharbino was born in Flower Mound, Texas, on August 19, 2002. She developed an interest in performing early, initially through competitive cheerleading until the age of six. Her family, including older sister Saxon Sharbino and younger brother Sawyer Sharbino, also share an interest in acting. This shared passion led to the family’s relocation to Los Angeles when Brighton was nine, to support their acting careers. To accommodate her work, Brighton transitioned to online schooling.

Sharbino’s professional acting career started with commercials and roles in television shows from a young age. Early appearances included a guest star role on ‘NCIS’ in 2013, where she played a younger version of the character Abby Sciuto, and a recurring role as Lizzie Samuels in the fourth and fifth seasons of AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’ from 2013 to 2015. She also secured guest roles in other series such as ‘Once Upon a Time’ in 2014, portraying a young Ingrid (the Snow Queen), and ‘True Detective’, appearing in two episodes in 2014. In 2016, Brighton appeared in the Sony film ‘Miracles from Heaven’, playing Abbie Beam alongside Jennifer Garner, which received a Teen Choice Award.

Her career continued with diverse projects. In 2017, she starred in the movie ‘Bitch’, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, working with Jason Ritter and Jaime King. The same year, she had a guest spot on ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ as Mandy Fowler and was featured in the film ‘Growing Up Smith’, a project that earned multiple audience and jury awards at film festivals. Later, in 2018, Brighton co-starred with her sister Saxon in ‘Urban Country’. She further expanded her work into web series with a main role as Allison Betts in ‘Zoe Valentine’ in 2019 and as Jojo Avela in the Snap Original series ‘Players’ in 2020, also serving as a producer for ‘Players’. In 2022, she portrayed a younger Brooke Shields in Hulu’s ‘Welcome to Chippendales’.
