Bubba Watson

Two-time Masters Tournament champion Bubba Watson turned professional in 2002, marking the beginning of a distinguished career characterized by a unique left-handed playing style and powerful drives. After joining the Nationwide Tour in 2002, he qualified for the PGA Tour in 2006, immediately making an impact by leading the PGA Tour in driving distance that same year. Watson secured his first PGA Tour victory at the Travelers Championship in 2010, the same year he finished as runner-up at the PGA Championship. His early success continued with wins at the Farmers Insurance Open and the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in 2011.

In 2022, Watson transitioned his career by joining the LIV Golf League. Initially serving as a non-playing team captain due to injury, he publicly announced his resignation from the PGA Tour in August 2022, with plans to return to competitive play in 2023.
