Callan McAuliffe’s talent was recognized early, appearing in Australian television series ‘Comedy Inc.’ and ‘Blue Water High’ in 2007. His career took a significant turn when he was cast as Bryce in Rob Reiner’s award-winning American feature film ‘Flipped’ (2010), marking his American film debut. This breakthrough role was swiftly followed by his portrayal of Sam in Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay’s ‘I Am Number Four’ (2011). He garnered further international recognition for his performance as young Jay Gatsby in Baz Luhrmann’s critically acclaimed ‘The Great Gatsby’ (2013), where he starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.

Looking ahead, he is slated to play Woody in the upcoming feature film ‘The Duel’ (2024) and is set to appear in the acclaimed series ‘Mayfair Witches’ in 2025. He also proudly serves as a Tourism Australia Ambassador, leveraging his platform to promote his home country.
