Chance Kornuth is an American professional poker player and the founder of ChipLeaderCoaching. Originating from Colorado, Kornuth developed an early interest in strategic games, which eventually led him to a career in poker. He pursued this path after attending the University of Colorado. His professional poker career began successfully, culminating in his first World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet in 2010 at the age of 24. This marked the start of his notable presence in the professional poker circuit. Throughout his career, he has accumulated over $19 million in tournament earnings and holds four WSOP bracelets.
Kornuth has established himself as a consistent performer in high-stakes poker. His significant achievements include winning WSOP Event #50: $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha in 2010, securing $508,090. Other notable victories include the Bellagio Cup X in 2014, where he earned $526,224, and the $25,000 Challenge at the Aussie Millions in 2016, where he collected AUD 790,560. He has also made deep runs in prestigious events such as the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) and the European Poker Tour (EPT).
