Charlene Amoia

Charlene Amoia gained significant recognition for her versatile career across television and film, most notably for her recurring role as Wendy the Waitress on the acclaimed sitcom How I Met Your Mother from 2005 to 2011. Initially cast for a single episode, Amoia’s performance led to an expanded presence across 17 episodes, solidifying her breakthrough in television. Her career trajectory continued with notable film roles, including Seven Pounds (2008) alongside Will Smith, and later in the comedy American Reunion (2012) where she played Ellie. Amoia continued to expand her cinematic footprint with roles in independent and studio productions.
