Chris Distefano has transitioned from a pediatric physical therapist to a successful stand-up comedian and podcast host, known for his appearances on MTV and his specials with Comedy Central and Netflix. After making his television debut in 2012, Chris Distefano quickly established himself as a dynamic presence in comedy, transitioning from performing in New York clubs to national recognition. Distefano began his stand-up career in August 2009, honing his craft at iconic venues like Carolines on Broadway, New York Comedy Club, and the Comedy Cellar. His television breakthrough came by joining MTV’s ‘Guy Code’ in 2012, followed by ‘Girl Code’ in 2013.
The following year, 2018, marked the launch of his popular podcast ‘History Hyenas’ with Yannis Pappas, which quickly garnered a dedicated following.
