Chris Sabia is a prominent figure in professional lacrosse, currently playing as a long-stick midfielder for the Philadelphia Waterdogs in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL). Sabia’s professional journey began with a remarkable rookie season in 2019 with Chrome LC, where he made an immediate impact by starting ten games and collecting 14 ground balls. His performance laid the foundation for a successful career in the league, showcasing his defensive skills and ability to contribute to team dynamics.

Before joining the PLL, Sabia had an illustrious collegiate career at Penn State University.
