Clara Norfleet

The hugely popular Clara Collie (nee Clara Norfleet) is a registered dietician, certified personal trainer, blogger, and all-round wellness enthusiast. Thanks to her 80,000-strong following on Instagram, she has also become something of an influencer. Her IG account is called Redemptive Health and features heaps of inspirational content for diet and exercise. Her website is full of recipes and also offers contact details for her one-to-one coaching. She has written for numerous outlets, including Health Warrior, The Kitchn, The Chicken Wire, Holley Grainger Nutrition, Greatist, MyFitnessPal, and more.

Based in North Carolina, Collie studied at the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Dietetics. She then studied for a Master’s at Western Carolina University before becoming a professional clinical dietician (and later clinical nutrition manager) at a health centre in Clyde, North Carolina. She began a blog and Instagram account called Food, Fitness & Faith in 2014, but she has since rebranded as Redemptive Health, which hasn’t dented her popularity at all. Her success has allowed to offer direct coaching alongside her professional work and has seen her become a trusted source of information and inspiration when it comes to food and exercise.
