Cory Asbury is a Grammy-nominated Christian musician and songwriter known for his impactful worship music. After collaborating with Matt Gilman on the album Holy in 2008 and making numerous appearances on International House of Prayer albums, Grammy-nominated artist Cory Asbury released his independent debut, Let Me See Your Eyes, in 2009, marking the official start of his recording career. Asbury spent seven years as an intern and musician at International House of Prayer, where his early songs like ‘Where I Belong’ and ‘Shekinah’ gained significant recognition, with ‘Shekinah’ charting on the Gospel Digital Song Sales. In 2012, Asbury transitioned to an associate worship pastor role at New Life Church in Colorado Springs, contributing to albums such as Strong God and co-writing for Desperation Band.
His career reached a pivotal moment in 2015 when he signed with the Bethel Music Collective. This partnership culminated in the release of his critically acclaimed album Reckless Love in 2018.
