Damon Heta

Damon Heta established himself as a prominent figure in professional darts, transitioning from a regional qualifier to a World Cup champion and European Tour title holder, regularly competing at the sport’s highest levels. He accumulated 10 tournament wins on the Dartplayers Australia (DPA) Tour over five years, including the 2011 Pacific Masters, 2014 DPA Australian Singles, 2015 West Coast Classic, and the 2016 DPA Australian Open. Heta gained significant international attention with a surprising victory at the 2019 Brisbane Darts Masters, a World Series of Darts event. As a regional qualifier, he defeated high-profile players including James Wade, Gary Anderson, Simon Whitlock, and Rob Cross to secure his first PDC title, an achievement that prompted his move to the United Kingdom to pursue a full-time professional career.

He continued to add to his title count with two more Players Championship victories, Players Championship 4 and Players Championship 18, and reached the final of the New Zealand Darts Masters.
