Dan Orlovsky

Dan Orlovsky has transitioned from a 12-year NFL quarterback career to a prominent college football and NFL analyst, providing valuable insights to audiences and brands. After leading the University of Connecticut Huskies to their first-ever bowl appearance at the 2004 Motor City Bowl, where he earned MVP honors, Dan Orlovsky went on to establish a distinguished career in professional football and sports analysis. A decorated collegiate athlete, Orlovsky holds multiple UConn school records for pass completions, attempts, passing yards, and touchdown passes, and was recognized as the Walter Camp Connecticut Player of the Year in 2004. Prior to his collegiate success, he quarterbacked Shelton High School to a 12-0 state championship season as a senior, throwing for 2,385 yards and 24 touchdowns, and concluding his high school career with an impressive 28–4 overall record.

He quickly became a consistent presence across ESPN’s diverse programming lineup, appearing on popular shows such as ‘NFL Live,’ ‘Get Up,’ ‘SportsCenter,’ and ‘First Take.’ His role expanded significantly by June 2020, leading to a more consistent daily presence on ‘NFL Live,’ where he leveraged his extensive on-field experience to offer informed perspectives to a wide audience. Further solidifying his position as a leading voice in sports media, Orlovsky began calling a weekly ESPN/ABC college football game during the fall season. In 2022, he joined ESPN’s highly regarded #2 NFL announcing crew, enhancing his influence and reach in professional football commentary.
