Dani Thorne

Daniella Vanessa Thorne, born on January 19, 1993, in Miami, Florida, USA, began her career with acting appearances in television shows such as Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” in 2008 and Nickelodeon’s “Zoey 101” in 2007, where she played roles like ‘Dani’ and ‘Jill’ respectively. She also featured in film projects such as “Blind Ambition” (2008) as a ‘Teen Girl’ and the short film “Viola: The Traveling Rooms of a Little Giant” (2008) as ’15 Year Old Viola’. These early experiences provided a foundation in the entertainment industry.

Thorne later transitioned into music, discovering the EDM scene at 17. Adopting the artist name COM3T, she established herself as an electronic DJ and producer based in Los Angeles. Her musical style is characterized by fast-paced, genre-hopping sets, incorporating elements of techno, dubstep, and dance music. She performs with a notable visual presence, including vibrant hair and energetic stage movements. As COM3T, she has performed at various music festivals including EDC, Lights All Night, Billboard HOT 100, Nocturnal Wonderland, and Bonnaroo. Her work as a music artist includes the 2022 hit single “Hello Human” with LSDream, and her debut EP is scheduled for release in June 2022, which features tracks like “That’s My Name” with Luxtides and “God is a DJ” with Crunchi, featuring Cray.

Beyond her performances, Thorne is involved in initiatives supporting female artists. She created “Girl On Girl,” a monthly series that showcases female DJs performing live and streaming their mixes online. In addition to her roles as an actress and DJ/producer, Thorne has also contributed as a writer and creative director for music videos, including “Bella Thorne: Stupid Fucking Bitch” (2020) and “Bella Thorne: Shake It” (2021).
