Danny Noppert

In March 2022, Danny Noppert clinched his first televised ranking title, the UK Open, defeating Michael Smith in an 11-10 final. This victory propelled him into the world’s top 16, where he has consistently remained. Prior to this, Noppert established himself as a prominent talent in the British Darts Organisation (BDO), reaching the televised quarter-finals of the Winmau World Masters in 2013. He continued his BDO success by winning the Scottish Open and the Masters of Waregem in 2016.

Noppert continued to perform at a high level, reaching the semi-finals of the European Championship in both 2023 and 2024, and adding two more Players Championship titles (Players Championship 2 and Players Championship 22) in 2023. Noppert’s strong form extended into 2024 and 2025, winning Players Championship 8 in 2024 and reaching the semi-finals of the World Masters and World Grand Prix in 2025. He also secured a runner-up position at the Hungarian Darts Trophy in 2025. A consistent representative for the Netherlands, Noppert has competed in the PDC World Cup of Darts five times (2020, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), reaching the semi-finals in both 2022 and 2025, underscoring his position as a respected and accomplished player in professional darts.
