Davina Potratz

Davina Potratz was born in Hamburg, Germany. After completing her International Baccalaureate at the International School of Hamburg, she moved to the United States to attend Pepperdine University in Malibu. Prior to her career in real estate, Davina had a ten-year modeling career with the Ford Model Agency, living in major fashion hubs such as London, Milan, and New York. This period allowed her to travel to over 40 countries and develop a global perspective.

Davina began her real estate career in 2006. She quickly established herself as a broker and the Director of the New Development Division at The Oppenheim Group. Throughout her career, she has accumulated over half a billion dollars in property sales, specializing in luxury developments. Her work includes collaborations with prestigious developers on projects such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences at LA Live, The Residences at W Hollywood, The Carlyle on Wilshire, and luxury properties in Beverly Hills like 432 N Oakhurst and 460 Palm, as well as Azzurra in Marina del Rey. A notable achievement occurred in December 2008 when she finalized the sale of the most expensive condominium in downtown Los Angeles despite challenging economic conditions. More recently, she successfully sold out two high-end projects in Beverly Hills, setting new price-per-square-foot records.

Her expertise extends to international sales and marketing consulting for luxury developments, and she has attended property shows globally, including in the Middle East. Davina is a member of the Top Agent Network, which includes the top 10% of agents in the market. Her real estate dealings and professional life have been featured in publications such as The Real Deal, LA Times, and CurbedLA, and on Bravo’s ‘Million Dollar Listing’. In 2019, she gained wider recognition as a cast member on the Netflix series ‘Selling Sunset’, which documents the lives of real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group. She has also appeared in ‘Der Mallorca Makler – Marcel Remus & sein Immobilien-Team’ (2023) and lent her voice to the podcast series ‘Do You Love It?’ (2022). In 2005, she had an uncredited role as Kevin’s Friend in the film ‘Monster-in-Law’. Davina is fluent in German and maintains an interest in art, culture, and beach volleyball.
