Elliot Fletcher gained significant recognition in 2016 when he joined the cast of MTV’s comedy series ‘Faking It’ as Noah, marking a pivotal moment in his on-screen career. In the same year, he secured a recurring guest-starring role as Aaron, a law student and love interest, in Freeform’s drama series ‘The Fosters,’ appearing in 24 episodes between 2016 and 2018. Further expanding his presence in television, he became a recurring cast member in seasons 7 and 8 of Showtime’s critically acclaimed series ‘Shameless,’ portraying Trevor, a trans man who develops a relationship with Ian Gallagher. His character Trevor worked for an organization assisting runaway and homeless LGBTQ+ teens, contributing significantly to transgender representation on mainstream television and earning Fletcher a spot on the prestigious 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 List for his impact.

He followed this significant role with a guest appearance in the Max comedy-drama ‘The Sex Lives of College Girls’ in 2022. Continuing his robust voice acting career, Fletcher lent his talents to the role of Noppo in the English dub of the animated film ‘Drifting Home’ in 2022, showcasing his range across various mediums.
