Eric Andre

Eric Andre is an American comedian, actor, host, writer, and producer known for his surreal comedy and improvisational style across television, film, and stand-up. After creating, hosting, and co-writing ‘The Eric Andre Show’ on Adult Swim, which ran for eleven seasons from 2012 to 2023, Eric Andre established himself as a singular voice in comedy. This parody of public access talk shows became a platform for his unique comedic approach, blending pranks, sketches, and celebrity interviews with unpredictable and often chaotic elements. Andre’s distinctive style, characterized by surrealism and shock humor, was cultivated after he graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2005 with a Bachelor of Music degree specializing in double bass performance.

His impactful contributions to short-form comedy were recognized with a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series in 2024. Andre’s trajectory shows no signs of slowing, with several high-profile projects currently in development. He is slated to appear in ‘Happy Gilmore 2,’ anticipated for release in 2025.
