She maintained her role as a main cast member for five seasons on ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ and returned for subsequent guest appearances. During her tenure on the hit series, her production company, GABCO Productions, secured a deal with Rysher TPE in 1993.

As a vocal advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Carteris led critical anti-harassment efforts and spearheaded initiatives such as the stunt equity program. She is also a founding ambassador of ReFrame, a collaborative initiative from Women In Film and the Sundance Institute, dedicated to achieving gender parity in the media industry.
