Gillian Jacobs is an American actress and director, recognized for her versatile performances across comedy and drama, and for her impactful work behind the camera. After achieving widespread recognition for her role as Britta Perry in the NBC sitcom ‘Community,’ which ran for six seasons from 2009 to 2015, Gillian Jacobs has established herself as a versatile performer and director across comedy and drama. Her early career included a notable debut portraying Titania in the Pittsburgh Public Theater’s adaptation of Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream.’ She further honed her craft at the prestigious Juilliard School in New York, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2004. Jacobs’ feature film debut was in ‘Building Girl’ (2005), followed by her television debut in ‘The Book of Daniel’ (2006).

As an acclaimed voice artist, Jacobs has starred as Atom Eve in Amazon Prime’s animated series ‘Invincible’ since 2021.
