Guy Cisternino JR

Born in Bridgewater, New Jersey, in 1982, Guy Cisternino JR developed an early interest in sports, influenced by his father’s background in boxing and football. He initially participated in football, starting in the 3rd grade. His introduction to weight training began in 7th grade with a set of dumbbells and a triceps pulldown machine at home, progressing to consistent training at his high school gym. While attending college, his dedication shifted from football to consistent gym training, eventually discovering competitive bodybuilding. This led him to enter his first bodybuilding show in 2003, winning 1st place in the novice class overall and performing strongly in the open class in West Virginia, marking the beginning of his professional career.

Following his initial success, Cisternino committed completely to bodybuilding. Between 2003 and 2007, he steadily competed in numerous local and regional shows, refining his physique and competitive skills. A significant turning point arrived in 2007 when he secured 1st place in the middleweight class at the IFBB New York Metro Championships. This was followed by a 2nd place finish at the 2007 NPC Nationals and a subsequent 1st place victory at the NPC Junior USA. His relentless dedication culminated in 2008 when he achieved a perfect score and earned his Pro card at the NPC Nationals. As an IFBB Pro, Cisternino continued to achieve notable results, including multiple first-place finishes at prestigious events such as the 2011 IFBB Europa Supershow, 2014 IFBB Europa Dallas, and 2015 IFBB New York Pro.

Beyond his competitive achievements, Guy Cisternino JR has established himself as an entrepreneur and influencer within the fitness industry. He is the owner and founder of I AM UPRISING_ and also owns Muscle Inc. Gym Bethlehem. Known by his alias ‘Quadro’, he has cultivated a substantial social media presence, where he consistently shares his fitness journey, training insights, and motivational content. His career progression reflects a strategic evolution from a competitive athlete to a brand owner and public figure, advocating for a healthy lifestyle and personal empowerment to a broad audience.
