Guy Cisternino JR, also known professionally as Quadro, is a world class bodybuilder and fitness expert. He has won a total of seven medals at the International Federation of Bodybuilding and is now dedicated to keeping his body in shape while also helping others meet their physique goals.

Cisternino has been competing in the IFBB since 2007, competing as both a middleweight and a lightweight during his lengthy career. He placed first in his first ever competition and several after, but then had a run of bad luck for a while, placing as low as thirteenth in 2010. However, Cisternino found his discipline and trained harder than ever, restoring himself to his former glory. Though he last competed in 2015, he placed highly in all of his competitions even as his competitive career came to a close.

Now, Cisternino is focussed on helping others reach their potential. He is affiliated with a number of large bodybuilding and sporting brands such as Blackstone Labs, a supplements brand, Otomix, a sports shoe brand, and Gasp, a bodybuilding site which celebrates the best in the game. He also remains dedicated to his own physical fitness, posting images of his training on his Instagram account for his three hundred thousand followers to admire. He also has a further twenty-seven thousand Twitter followers, and he uses his platform to promote the brands he works with and tweet motivational messages to his fans.
