Han Thi

Han Thi Thet Lwin, born on July 25, 1997, in Yangon, Myanmar, developed an early passion for the arts, including painting, singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments like the guitar and piano. Demonstrating an early aptitude for pageantry, she competed in the New Face of Myanmar Contest in 2012, winning the Ms. Face of Myanmar award. This led to her representation of Myanmar at the Asia New Star Model Contest in 2013. Han Thi continued her pageantry success, securing the title of Miss Supranational Myanmar 2014 and representing her country at Miss Supranational 2014, where she placed in the Top 10 and earned continental titles. In 2016, she began an Associate Degree in Fine Art (Acting for Film) at the New York Film Academy, further developing her acting skills.

Her career expanded significantly in 2015 with the launch of her debut solo album, ‘Ma Chit Tat Thay Buu.’ The following year, she transitioned into acting, making her debut in the Burmese big screen film ‘Alwan Dannaryi.’ A notable milestone in her pageantry career was winning Miss World Myanmar 2018, which allowed her to represent Myanmar at Miss World 2018 where she won the group 11 head-to-head challenge. Concurrently with her entertainment career, Han Thi pursued higher education, earning a BA in Business and Management from the University of Sunderland via MDIS Singapore in 2022. She is currently enrolled in an International Business Management course and holds a position as a Deputy Manager at A Bank Myanmar, showcasing her ambition to become a businesswoman.

Throughout her career, Han Thi has received multiple accolades, including the Asia Model Star Award in 2019 and the Myanmar’s Pride Awards in 2019. Her diverse skill set and commitment to both her artistic and professional development highlight her multifaceted approach to her career. Her personal motto, ‘Positivity will never get you wrong,’ reflects her sustained drive and optimistic outlook.
