Ian Chen is an American actor known for his roles in family-friendly television series and feature films, bringing youthful energy to his performances. After securing the role of Evan Huang in the ABC comedic series ‘Fresh Off the Boat’ in March 2014, Ian Chen went on to star in 116 episodes of the acclaimed show from 2015 to 2020. This career-defining breakthrough followed early work in national commercials, print, and television, quickly establishing him as a notable young talent. During his tenure on ‘Fresh Off the Boat,’ Chen also made guest appearances on established series, including ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ in 2014 and ‘Dr.
