Her early career included appearances in Glory Kickboxing and Shoot Boxing events. Notably, she competed at Glory 31: Amsterdam in June 2016, securing a split decision win against Irina Mazepa. She also participated in Shoot Boxing events in Japan, facing Rena Kubota in November 2014 and Misaki Morita in July 2018. These experiences provided a comprehensive technical base that she later applied to MMA.
Verbeek officially entered the professional MMA circuit in March 2021 with iKon Fighting Federation 5, where she secured a unanimous decision victory over Valerie Wong. This was followed by a submission win against Dana Yasiri Garcia at iFF 6 in April 2021. Her career continued with notable fights under major promotions, including Combate Global, where she defeated Caroline Gallardo via unanimous decision in July 2021. In October 2021, she achieved a TKO victory against Monica Medina at GFC 2: Gamebred Fighting Championship 2. A significant milestone occurred in July 2022 when she earned a unanimous decision against Melissa Oddessa Parker at Invicta FC 48: Tennant vs. Rubin.
