Jeff Dunham

Jeff Dunham achieved widespread mainstream success with his groundbreaking Comedy Central special, Jeff Dunham: Arguing with Myself in 2006, following a distinguished career trajectory. His professional journey began with early television appearances, including a local news story in 1976 and commercials for Datsun dealerships while still in high school. After earning a communications degree from Baylor University, Dunham joined the Broadway show Sugar Babies with Mickey Rooney in 1985. Relocating to Los Angeles in 1988, he refined his craft in comedy clubs, leading to his debut on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson in 1990.

His global reach expanded with two Netflix specials: Relative Disaster (2017) and Beside Himself (2019). During the pandemic, he released Jeff Dunham’s Completely Unrehearsed Last-Minute Pandemic Holiday Special in 2020. In 2022, Dunham competed as ‘Pi-Rat’ on The Masked Singer and released his special Jeff Dunham: Me The People. Most recently, Jeff Dunham premiered his special Jeff Dunham: I’m With Cupid on Comedy Central in 2024, followed by Jeff Dunham’s Scrooged-Up Holiday Special, which debuted on Amazon Prime in the same year, solidifying his ongoing presence across major television and streaming platforms.
