Jim Norton

Jim Norton is an American comedian, radio personality, actor, and author, recognized for his extensive career in stand-up comedy and significant contributions to radio and television. After being invited to open for Andrew Dice Clay’s tours in 1997, Jim Norton quickly ascended to performing in major venues, including Madison Square Garden in 2000. He made his debut on the ‘Opie and Anthony’ radio show in 2000, becoming the program’s widely recognized ‘third mic’ in 2001 on WNEW in New York City. Norton expanded his comedic footprint with the release of his first comedy album, Yellow Discipline, in 2003.

From 2016 to 2024, Norton co-hosted the popular radio program ‘Jim Norton & Sam Roberts.’ Concurrently, he became the co-host of the ‘UFC Unfiltered’ podcast with Matt Serra, a role he continues to hold since 2016. In 2017, he released the Netflix special A Mouthful of Shame and launched ‘The Chip Chipperson Podacast.’ His acting career saw him portray a young Don Rickles in Martin Scorsese’s Oscar-winning film The Irishman in 2019, the same year he released another Netflix special, The Degenerates: Jim Norton. In 2020, he launched ‘The Doug Bellcast’ podcast, further expanding his digital footprint. Looking ahead, Norton departed from SiriusXM in January 2025 after a distinguished career spanning over two decades on the platform.

He is set to launch his new podcast, ‘Jim Norton Can’t Save You,’ in 2025, alongside the release of his YouTube special, Unconceivable, also slated for 2025.
