Josimar Quintero is a professional footballer who has played for notable clubs like Chelsea and Real Monarchs, bringing a wealth of midfield experience to various teams. After honing his skills in FC Barcelona’s prestigious La Masia youth academy, which he joined in 2005, Josimar Quintero went on to sign with English Premier League giants Chelsea in July 2014. During the 201415 under-21 campaign, he emerged as a key player under Adi Viveash, making eighteen appearances across all competitions and scoring his first goal for the Chelsea academy in an UEFA Youth League match against Porto, showcasing his promising talent on an international stage. Quintero subsequently gained valuable international experience through a series of significant loan spells.
In December 2020, Quintero transitioned to the USL Championship, signing with Real Monarchs, further expanding his professional footprint in North American football.
